Each party acknowledges the goods being exchanged through the barter agreement, are legal in the United States, and they are the rightful owner of those goods or the service owner or the person responsible for carrying out this barter agreement on behalf of a company. each party guarantees that there are no liens or other claims against the property being offered.

Both parties agree to deliver the goods or services in good working condition, and well-kept condition is applicable

Neither party involved in this barter agreement shall assign any rights to another person without prior consent during any part of this agreement term.

This barter agreement shall take full effect as of the agreement date and will end upon the exchange of the exchange of the agreed goods or services as mentioned in this agreement.

The parties, shall indemnify and hold each other, harmless against any claims losses cost regarding the breach of any portion of this contract any damage or loss associated with the products or services being bartered , she’ll be borne by the party and possession of the property at the time the damage occurs.
